Richard Kavanagh professional styling tools are delivered frieight Free for New Zealand and Australian customers. Items are shipped on a "same day" basis on receipt of cleared bank deposit or credit card payments. Note: Items are sent the next business day if payment is made on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday.

- Fastways our couriers employ a "Track & Trace system, so you can track your item.
- Our couriers require a physical street address because they can not deliver to a PoBoxes

You should receive your item within two (2) Business days for NZ customers and five (5) Business days for Australian customers from the date of our payment and shipping confirmation email which is sent immediately on receipt of cleared payments.
